Legal Service Agreement
NFC Ecosystem License
NEX provides a contactless networking platform. By purchasing our hardware (Cards/Keychains) and using our software dashboard, you are granted a limited, personal license to host your professional profile. Any attempt to reverse-engineer our NFC encryption or dashboard logic is strictly prohibited.
Profile Authenticity
Users are solely responsible for the content, links, and media uploaded to their NEX profiles. NEX does not verify the accuracy of user-provided social media links or business information. You agree not to use NEX technology for phishing, scamming, or misrepresenting official entities.
Hardware & Warranty
NEX guarantees the functionality of the NFC chip at the time of delivery. Due to the custom nature of our printed products, returns are only accepted in cases of technical chip failure or manufacturing defects. Physical wear and tear from daily use are not covered.
